50% deposit of the total amount to guarantee the booking, we will notify the guest before we charge the credit card on the booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining 50% of the booking must be paid up to 15 days before the arrival date. This is non-refundable.

The hotel will contact the customer before we charge the remaining 50% and remind them that the remaining amount is due 15 days in advance.

If the payment is not received, we will notify in writing that we will hold the booking for an additional 48 hours and if it is not received, the booking will be canceled 10 days prior to arrival.

Piscine et cadre sublimes Les transats avec matelas et coussins, un luxe! J’ai adoré, et contrairement à ce qui a été dit dans certains commentaires, je n’ai eu aucun mal en avoir un chaque jour, même en arrivant après 10h Vu l’emplacement assez éloigné du centre, c’est très agréable que l’hôtel organise des excursions avec transfert à moindre coût (big bouddha, old town, …)
Les lits à étage sont très bruyants (bruits de ressort à peine on fait un mouvement) Assez surprenant qu’une femme de ménage entre dans la chambre à 8h30 du matin, allume la lumière et commence à faire le ménage alors que tout le monde dormait encore…

Personal an der Bar war häufig sehr unaufmerksam. Rezeption und Security Sehr nett. Sehr begrenztes veganes Angebot.

Hervorragend
Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und man kann einfach nur wohlfühlen. Pool und Anlage ist auch super. Essen war immer lecker und Frühstück sehr gut.
Nicht gefallen hat uns dass wir leider wieder abreisen mussten.

„Anlage sehr sehr schön - Bunglows dafür weniger. Für Durchreise zu empfehlen.
Sehr schöne Anlage, gepflegt, mit tollem Pool und Restaurant - Personal freundlich, aber viele Insider Tipps leider nicht bekommen, sondern man wurde an den Tour Guide neben der Rezeption verwiesen. Frühstücksbüffet vorhanden (300 Baht) - hat uns leider aber nicht gefallen. Vor 11 Uhr werden bereits Sachen abgeräumt und nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Rollervermietung für 300 Baht direkt am Hotel - top Abwicklung.
Wir hatten das Bungalow. Für 1,2 Nächte ok, aber nicht länger. Es ist wirklich super eng da drin und man hat kein Platz um die Koffer aufzumachen. Unser Zimmer wurde leider nicht täglich gereinigt und wenn ich ehrlich bin, empfand ich bei Bezug des Zimmers die Sauberkeit auch nicht sehr stark. Im Bad sind Fugen, die abfärben / rosten, sodass man nach 30 min ein dreckiges Handtuch auf dem Boden hatte. Toilette so eng, dass man nicht gerade darauf sitzen kann. Für mich ingesamt einfach alles viel zu eng gewesen. Das Bungalow sieht optisch auf den Bildern sehr schön aus - es hat nur einen ganz großen Nachteil: durch die Glasfront hat man keine Privatsphäre, sodass man eigentlich dauerhaft die Jalousien unten hat. Ich glaube die Hostel Zimmer sind deutlich besser. Vom Kliente habe ich mich recht unwohl gefühlt - ich würde sagen, es ist ein Hipster / Instagram Resort. Für Pärchen eher weniger geeignet, für Backpacker besser. Wenn man aus dem Hotel kommt, erwartet einem eine sehr laute, stark befahrene Straße - das muss einem bewusst sein.
